Overview
DreamHaus Realty is a fictional real estate investment presentation created to showcase a premium residential development in a clear, modern, and investor-ready format. The deck focuses on presenting market opportunity, property value, location advantages, unit mix, financial potential, risk controls, sustainability features, and sales strategy through clean layouts and strong visual hierarchy.
Challenge
The goal was to avoid a traditional corporate real estate look and create a presentation that feels modern, polished, and easy to navigate. The challenge was balancing luxury visuals, financial information, charts, timelines, and comparison content while keeping every page clean, readable, and visually consistent.
Solution
I developed a bright, card-based presentation system using rounded layouts, soft shadows, warm gold accents, clear spacing, and modern typography. Each slide was designed as a standalone page with a focused content structure, allowing complex information to feel simple, premium, and presentation-ready.
